All source code, proprietary algorithms, database schemas, prompt engineering templates, system instructions, UI/UX designs, visual styling, color palettes, animations, graphics, logos, trademarks, and documentation embodied in TulisJadi are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of TulisJadi and its creators, protected under domestic copyright legislation (including Indonesian Copyright Law No. 28/2014 and ITE Law No. 1/2024 jo. No. 11/2008), international treaties (including the Berne Convention and WIPO Copyright Treaty), and the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Strict Prohibition on Duplication & Cloning: You are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, scraping, crawling, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, mirroring, creating derivative works of, or reproducing any portion of this web application, its user interface, form workflows, or AI prompt architecture. Any unauthorized copying, distribution, commercial exploitation, or operation of a substantially similar platform will be prosecuted to the maximum extent permitted by law, subjecting the infringer to both criminal sanctions (including imprisonment up to 10 years and criminal fines up to IDR 4,000,000,000) and civil claims for actual damages, statutory damages, disgorgement of profits, and full recovery of legal fees.
TulisJadi provides an AI-powered correspondence and document writing generator. You retain all ownership rights to the factual input prompts you submit and the resulting generated text outputs produced for your legitimate personal or business purposes, provided your use complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
- Credits are digital service licenses purchased in packages or granted via promotional bonuses. Credits do not constitute cash, legal tender, or stored monetary value, and are non-transferable and non-redeemable for fiat currency. - Standard AI generations cost 1 credit; Plus and Premium Detailed modes cost 3 credits. - Automatic system refunds to your credit wallet occur exclusively upon server timeouts or AI provider failures. - Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent multi-account bonus harvesting constitutes a material breach resulting in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balance, and civil recovery of merchant dispute fees.
You agree not to use TulisJadi for: (a) automated bot scraping, unauthorized security testing, or denial-of-service attempts; (b) prompt injection, jailbreaking, or exploiting AI endpoints; (c) generating phishing, malware, scam, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or criminal content; (d) infringing upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights. We reserve the unconditional right to suspend or permanently ban any account violating these rules without notice.
TulisJadi and its AI outputs are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. You bear sole responsibility for verifying the accuracy, appropriateness, and legal validity of any generated text prior to publishing or sending it. Under no circumstances shall TulisJadi, its founders, or operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TulisJadi, its operators, affiliates, officers, and employees against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and legal expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any infringement of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent District Court in Indonesia.
